2nd Dish, Braised Shark Fin with Shredded Dried Scallop & Crabmeat, If you notice, you can actually see the shark's fin... not the usual kind where you dun even know whether you are eating shark's fin or not...
3rd Dish, steamed garoupa in Cantonese Style, dun look very presentable... but the fish is really fresh...
4th Dish is Barbeque Suckling Pig (Whole Pig)
5th Dish, Ying Yang Prawns (de-shell) if you notice there are two different flavours of prawns... On the left is spicy prawns, on the left is mango prawns... The spicy one is really spicy, and the mango one taste special... sounds weird but it actually tastes good and special... you will even get to eat bits of mango on the prawn...
6th Dish, the usual stuff i guess, Braised Sea cucumber with black mushroom & vegetable
7th Dish, Baked Chicken in Home made style, but you wouldn't get to eat it on the actual day. Becos we finf that we got sick of eating too many "saucy" food.. thus, we chose sumthing more "dry", We changed to Crispy Roast chicken with hot sesame sauce... their signature dish...
8th Dish, Fried Empress Noodle, cantonese style...
9th Dish, Chilled Mango Sago with Pomelo Sacs, this is also their signature dessert... its really nice... not very sweet, very refreshing... no matter how full you are, you will definitely be able to finish the dessert... SO, Do not leave before this last dish of dessert...
Now i start to feel the stress... cos i haven do the photo montage, plan the details for the actual day, choose music for the actual day, etc...
Work is so stress... everyday got tonnes of things to do, never ending... and alots of deadline, last min things.... felt under paid.... sobs...
